Diandian Zhao is the Co-Founder and CEO of Carbon Infuse, a cleantech startup transforming CO₂ and industrial waste into low-carbon cementitious materials. With a PhD in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, Diandian combines deep expertise in materials science and sustainable construction with entrepreneurial drive to decarbonize heavy industry. As an Activate Fellow, he leads efforts to scale lab-proven CCUS technologies into market-ready solutions that turn waste and emissions into valuable materials for construction and manufacturing.
