Currently COO of Proterra, a Volvo Group-owned EV battery business, Gwilym is delivering a multi-year transformation to position the company as a high-margin Tier 1 automotive supplier. His past roles at Rehrig Pacific, bp, and Nissan involved scaling industrial operations, executing digital and Lean strategies, and unlocking over $500M in business value. He holds an MEng in Product Design from the University of Strathclyde with executive education from MIT, Darden, and IESE.
